Economy Down But We Can Be Up

The economy is down but that shouldn’t be a reason for us to be down. When things are bad we need to use the dire circumstances to strengthen our psychological forces, increase our capacity to make positive change. Now can be a time for personal development and self-improvement. Going around with a frown won’t get us out of the uncomfortable state we are presently in, only a strong resolve to change our nation’s economy will get us to a brighter day. We can all help turn things around, we all can contribute something.

Little things mean alot in times like this - a smile, a hanshake, a kind word - these simple actions can have profound results. Haven’t we all felt a gloomy day turn sunny by the little gesture of an unexpected smile from someone. Yes, I just love when that happens, and I always try to do the same when I’m out about the town, too. The fact is positive actions provoke positive actions, I need not drill you on this fact, we all know it. So, let’s be friendlier...let’s be nicer to each other in these difficult times. Maybe we can quicken this nation’s economic and social upturn by having a more positive and uplifting mental attitude. Let’s try.

America, Halloween Is Coming!

Time for the ghouls, the goblins(esp. the little goblins), the witches and the rest to have some fun. Yes, Halloween can be quite the joyous occasion. I can remember trolling around the neighborhood streets with my friends searching for that golden treasure - Halloween candy - the stuff that makes Halloween such a special day for children. Yeah, those were the days!

Also, those were the early years when I didn’t have a care for the world; all was good, play, eat...then play some more. In those days one can really enjoy the holidays to their fullest - even Halloween - the strangest holiday of all. But now that I’m older, more mature, tackling the world, Halloween isn't the big show it used to be. It now, at times, reminds me of the horrific, and scary times we all face in this nation. People, Halloween seems to remind me of the terrifying, gloomy economy we Americans find ourselves in. Things are real scary right about now, the witches and ghouls are having their way with the American economy. And that fact tries to frighten the mess out of me.

Look at this: “Ben Bernanke, chairman of the Federal Reserve, and Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson are struggling mightily to stabilize credit markets...” I read this somewhere recently. Ah man, ain’t that a terrifying bit of news? The monsters are winning folks...better go to plan B...Halloween has moved out of the virtual realm. We need change and change SOON - this country is in shambles... See what I had to say about all of this chaos months ago: Federal Reserve Chairman, Mr. Bernanke, On US Economy. Halloween lasting this long? Please!~!!!

Alright, not the one to scare the kids without a solution. Here is a solution to help us through these dark times, so we can enjoy this Halloween, and even use it for personal development and self-growth: The Halloween Method. We have to grow up and face the ambassordores of doom with the light of HOPE. Yes, be positive fellow Americans, it will help us through these tough times.

So, did I mess up Halloween for ya? Well, I hope I made it more thrilling, I brought out the underlying thoughts we all are thinking these days. I just wanted to bring attention to how subtle thoughts can be while still having force enough to negatively impact us. Go out everyone and enjoy Halloween!!

Make Room For Positive Thinking

As you know the negative is always around, always on the prowl, always at the door - it seems to be adept at attacking us when we least expect it. The world of darkness, with its croonies just loves bringing us down, spoiling our days...sucking out all the light and joy we have in our lives. They’re just a gloomy bunch, and letting them hang-out with you will surely be a bad, bad decision - no good will come from having this group around.

But, hey, there is hope for us...we can do things to keep this gang from approaching us...we can fight back. Positive thinking, yeah I know, you heard all this before but really, it does work; the results can be surprising. Think about it, maybe we are allowing Fear, Pain, Hate, Jealousy, and the rest of the crew to to get away with murder: murder of our mental health.

Try this: for each negative, unclean thought, think two positive, healthy thoughts. Oh, don’t be fooled, changing one’s mind into the positive thinking mode isn’t an easy thing to accomplish - it’s not like turning the key in an ignition...no...no...that’s not the way it works. The world is presently overwhelmed with low thought vibrations, and unhealthy mind states. So, implementing the plan above will not be an easy task, for the dear earth of ours is full of the negative, its everywhere we look. To succeed in the combating of negative thinking takes a determined effort, you will have to be diligent and alert...the enemies of positive thinking will not stop trying to envade your mind sphere...these guys are relentless. So you better stay attentive, alert to any negative thought that enters your mind - DON'T ALLOW ANY MOOD-LOWERING THOUGHT RESIDENCE IN YOUR MIND. That won’t be a piece of cake but you must try to do it. Try and try again, it will become easier as you practice this routine.

And when positive thinking just seems to be like lifting a truck, remember that every journey begins with the first step. Start your journey to a better life today, refused to let the Gloom Team be winners in your life - face them, combat them - and WIN.

Self-Improvement, The Real Reason People Go On Vacation

People say they want a vacation; that they need a vacation to rest their nerves. They say a vacation or trip will give them a break from the hussle and bussle of their day-to-day lives, esp. their work lives. But they never really get to the issues of why they need a break from work. The reasons they say don’t get to the core of the vacation dilemma - the why of the vacation equation - why they feel they need this detour from regular life.

I think I know the true reason for vacations, people want a vacation to install a new way of living and to bring about another way of living an thinking, even if just for a few days or weeks - it’s for there self-improvement. Vacations give us a chance to radically transform the manner in which we see and go about living in this busy and sometimes hustle world. Self-improvement and personal development are the real undercurrents of this request for break in our usual routine. Sure, we are not usually aware of this hidden aim and mistakenly refer to it as “I need a break from work”, “I’m going to the islands to relax”, or “I just need to get away for a while”...

The anthems above state our thoughts to a degree, but they don’t get to the root of the problem - why we think an stoppage, a vacation, is necessary? Why this need for relaxation. We secretly desire a new way of thinking, a new way of feeling, a new way of acting - we want self-improvement in our lives - our vacations are for personal development and self-improvement. We take a trip to do more than just kick-back in the sun, no, we attempt to better our minds and bodies by this endeaver. We are really seeking to build up or inner resolve, our mental and physical, even spiritual muscles - not a relaxation. The when we return to day-to-day, usual stuff, we will be recharged, more capable of dealing with lives issues. This, my friend, is the true reason for our desire for a vacation...think on this...

On your next hiatus remember this post, try to see your real desires in wanting that trip to the Bahamas...it’s not really the Bahamas you are seeking. What you seek is a more enjoyable existence, a way to implement self-improvement. So, get to the true reason and make your next vacation all it can be.

Barack Obama, Democratic Nominee - A Personal Development Example

Barack Obama did it , he won the delegate race, and by doing that won the Democratic nomination. Barack took everything Senator Hillary Clinton and team threw at him, and he took it like a man, when I thought here we go again...bye...bye Mr. Obama...he survived and continued on... This man his a strength, a silent powerful strength, he is showing America what personal development can do, what faith in oneself can accomplish. Mr. Barack Obama doesn’t seem to understand failure, he doesn’t seem to hear the nay-sayers, he just goes forth, focused and determined. That my friends, is the result of a personal development and self-growth program that Obama has obviously been using through this entire campaign to reach the White House. We heard and hear personal development mentality in his speeches, in the way he carries himself. Barack Obama is a man full of will.

The issues with his finances, the questions about his religion, and that situation about his pastor - all successfully dealt with - show the character of a strong-willed man - a man named Barack Obama. This man has accomplished something few americans ever thought would ever happen: a black man winning the Democratic presidential nomination or any other seat close to the presidency. But Obama shocked us all by winning the Democratic presidential nomination. His personal development regimen works, and works really good.

Positive thinking, self-help, bravery, self-improvement, theses quality and more are exemplified by Barack Obama in this historic race to become the next president of these United States of America. He is such a example of personal development and the powers it can unleashed in our lives. I think Obama for this wonderful example of man’s inner resources.

Using Cool Personal Development Slogans

I’ve been thinking about personal development and how it can really improve a person's spiritual, mental and physical being. How It can take the draining life you now have, and transform it into a lovely garden of inspiration that gives others something to live for and hope for. All the self-help gurus agree on this issue.

In the world of personal development and self-help you find statements, slogans, affirmations and mottos that are the laws attempt to live by. These slogans can be powerful catalyst for changing the way we see the ourselves and the outside world. Heres some of my personal favorites:

1. “Think Positively”
2. “You Have to Empty Your Mind of Negative Thoughts to Put Positive Thoughts In”
3. “Pick Yourself Up By the Bootstraps”
4. “Change Your Mind, Change Your Life”
5. “Set Some Goals”
6. “Life Is What You Make It”
7. “You Have to Change Your Beliefs”

As I said above, personal development hinges on slogans and affirmations - these are the staples that hold it together, without them no self-help program will succeed - the personal development plan seeks to lead us down a path to fulfillment of these very statements. These mottos and slogans are the goal, they describe the results hoped for, the heaven we want so badly to enter - they represent the promise - the promise of a better life. But that where most of us run into a dead-end. We find out that words in themselves carry little weight and that being the case - we fall far short of our goal of a more fulfilling existence.

Personal development is not just a verbal exercise, it demands honesty, alertness and most of all - willpower. Without willpower you are doomed to failure, no self-help course of action will succeed where there is little or no willpower on the part of its participants. This is the major stumbling block, and the reason for no positive change in the lives of most people who try to implement a personal development regime. They just can’t find the steadfastness needed to complete the plan and fall short of the so wished for goal.

So know that the new-agers and the self-help, personal development gurus will throw out many a slogan but you must be the one to nuture the affirmation into a solid and living reality. You are the one who will have to battle with your negative blocks and ways of doing things. All responsibility for your life always relies on you, no one can change you but you, they can help you but all real change must come from your own initiative.

I invite you to re-read all the statements above, try to install them deep into your mental machine, attempt to live by them...it will require alot of effort but the results will be rewarding. You and only you hold the key to a more enjoyable life. Make today the day you take command of your mind, body and soul.

Do You Know The Secret To Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret”?

Tell me something, my dedicated and loyal readers, are you a fan of the book “The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne? It must be a fine book, well at least babygirl Oprah Winfrey thinks so. “So you believe everything Oprah Winfrey says, huh”, I hear you...but, maybe you are really expressing your own reliance upon Miss. Winfrey’s guidance, which is usually beneficial - indeed. Now...now...now, before you all say I’m being alittle too defensive - I mean you no harm fair ones. I’m just presenting my views, I love you guys. Next.

Rhonda Byrne, author of “The Secret”, must have hear and read the ideas contained in the book, I for one surely have. And I heard them a long time ago and I ain’t the only one. This is not a knock on Rhonda Byrne or her popular book, “The Secret”. Again...I’m only expressing a personal view, but true view, and nothing more. Now I will reveal where I first discovered the thoughts and course of action prescribed in “The Secret”. There are to famous books from days gone by that present the same program that makes up the contents of Rhonda Byrne’s book. “Think & Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill, the other by Claude M. Bristol called “The Magic of Believing”, both books - gems in the field of personal development and self-help - contain what you see and read in “The Secret”. Take a look.

Now, know this, Rhonda Byrne has done a great service by reigniting the flame of personal development and self-help. “The Secret” is a valuable book for our personal development if put into action - put into action - being the real “secret”. It is valuable in that it has awakened interest in mankind’s inner resources, in his ability to totally change his life for the better solely through using his god-given will-power. There is certainly room on the shelf for “The Secret”, it deserves a spot along side its predecessors: Napoleon Hill’s “Think & Grow Rich” and Claude M. Bristol’s “The Magic of Believing”. Oprah’s with it for some reason - remember - she definitely doesn’t need the money.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Showed The Way

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated on April 4, 1968 - the day America will always mourn - one of its most courageous and upright citizens was killed by a sniper’s bullet. Since the horrible slaying of Dr. King, this nation has certainly progressed in racial relations, which shows what a positive and noble aim can accomplish. America is a better country from the work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and others like him.

This United States of America has always been a country known for great its commitments, innovations and accomplishments - and equalizing the rights of all of its populace was one of its most ground-breaking actions. Its corrected civil rights policies have gone a long ways to improving this nation and making it a true “melting pot”. And individuals like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. are the founding fathers of these civil right statutes. Our many races are now living far more harmoniously then before changes to the civil rights laws. Great nations do great things.

So lets remember the death of this great and intelligent man and continue to improve our nation’s racial and social issues. Let us remember the sadness of this day, but let us also remember the joy that this man has help create in all of our lives. We, along with the “DREAM” of one Dr, Martin Luther King, Jr., can do it. We just have to want it. Think about it.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Brad Pitt: King Of New Orleans

The Question is: Did Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie get married? What’s your belief on this matter? Next, will they live happily ever after? How many kids will they have? What’s really going on with this couple? We need to know. Right? Well, public relations or not, these two tinsletown titans are doing some nice humanitarian work. We keep our eyes on them because of their fame, but they are showing themselves to be more than run-of-the-mill Hollywood spectacles - their showing a very human side. Who new Hollywood could be so humanistic.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been going around, especially Brad Pitt, doing quite loving actions. They have; along with Madonna, been saving some of this world’s poorest children, an act I thought was only for publicity. I surely don’t think that way now. I felt Angelina Jolie was just following her man, Brad Pitt, just going along with the scheme. But considering Brad’s lastest act of courage and kindness I must give him a standing ovation. Spending money, buying homes for the less fortune was a truly admirable act on his part. Yes, that act blew me away - This man is using his money - most won’t do that. There has to be “realness” in him. Outstanding - Brad Pitt - my hat’s off to you. You’re winning me over, man.

You Can Change Negative Situations

Acting in positive ways can transform a troubled mind. Man is a walking chemistry laboratory, our minds and bodies are in constant change. By understanding this we can benefit greatly and add more hamony to our daily lives, because in living, times come when we just can’t muster the will to change a stream of negative, demeaning thoughts; this being so, we find ourselves ravished by joy-robbing thoughts and feelings - thoughts and feelings that can ruin us, instead of build us up. We find our lives getting more and more dull and lifeless. But there is a way out of this dungeon, and it only requires a honest effort to make it work.

Our lives are constantly bombarded by low quality influences; these influences are coming in from an array of sources: television, radio and now the internet. If we want to have a more joyous life experience we all must take responsibility for our mental well-being. I’m proposing a method that will seem simple but let me assure you it will take will-power to accomplish.

I know this plan of action works because I’ve used it more than once myself. And I’m sure I will make use of it again. Our mental as well as our physical well-being should always come fisrt in our lives. Now, this is what I'm advising: the next time you find yourself battling bad thoughts, think of and perform a positve act or action. Yeah, that’s it, just flip-the-script and immediately do something uplifting. What I’m talking about is doing a positve action, preferably a physical act. A physical act will have more effect than simply thinking about the chosen action; a physical action will have a definite on deeper parts of your mind. Try it and see. Thinking is a lighter activity, physical activity requires our whole being. With is technique you will be calling in resources you don’t usually use to help you defeat those dreaded, low thought and emotional patterns.

The positive action you will perform doesn’t have to be overly difficult, it doesn’t have to match the negative menace you are attempting to uproot - it just needs to be a truly positive action. Here’s an example: someone says a mean and evil thing to you at work, you do your best not to let it bother you and on the way home you go to the car wash, or better, you personally wash your car. The washing of the car seems totally unconnected; certainly has nothing in common with that foul-mouth person at work, but they are related. Like the two poles of a horse-shoe magnet they are related - the positve and the negative - related but no the same. What you will be doing is changing, lowering the force(amperage, voltage) of your mind’s negative pole. Yes, this is a little scientific, but hang in there with me...Continuing.... the car washing will, indeed, have an effect on the negative charge of the earlier event with the co-worker. You will be working and mixing bio-energy, a result will come about. You will see that you are feeling better from having washed your car. Almost, like magic, you will begin to be less bothered by that prceeding occurance. If not - wash the car again.

This personal development program works, I know from my very life that it does. Read this information as many times as needed. If you use it in earnest, you’ll acheive results. Take charge of your mind, don’t let the negative, unhealthy influences and currents we live in have their way with you. Start implementing my personal development program today and start living life more fully.

    Talking About Self-Growth: Fake Teachers

You know them, their on television, on your AM dial, their everywhere and you continuously try to implement their false regimens. Just like those odd, unsafe and uneffective diet plans we are bombarded with, we are constant targets for worthless self-growth and self-improvement courses and plans.

The only defense for these self-help and personal development gurus is a clear mind. The very thing so-called self-growth teachers and preachers promise to give you with their books, lectures and instructions. These smiling and clever individuals are quite aware that their teachings are in most cases totally valueless but fame and money are too attractive for them to resist. That being so, these fake and in many cases, misguided souls are more than willing to sell you a bill of goods. But if you listen with attention and use your reason , you will see that most of these teachers of self-growth are just actors. They say what they think you want to hear.

Self-growth as it is taught today is like taking a pill - they say change comes instantly - and just like magic you get a better life. Today’s personal development gurus love teaching that your live experience can be transformed quickly - and seeming with little effort on our part. This is a LIE - man is not some type of computer - with replacable parts - that if replace all will function properly. But this is what the majority of self-growth instructors claim.

For any self-improvement regimen to succeed, a person must observe themselves and really see how they function in their day-to-day lives. This and only this will assure insure a clear analysis of their mental structure - shredding light on problems. Our minds have all to do with the way we handle issues in our lives. Start with your precious mind first, it should be your starting point.

Now the self-growth industry says stop being negative; stop being jealous; stop being sad but to accomplish these things requires determination and a will of iron. Our minds are powerful and we can’t just say we will change and then like magic we are new and improved. Sad but that's what our self-growth teachers are saying at every opportunity.

To improve your life remember that which is making the decisions - your mind - and make a sincere effort to change the way it acts and react - then you will began to enter true personal development. Things promised by the so-called self-improvement gurus will start to appear in your life. Your life will become more manageable, more enjoyable. Your mental makeup will have changed making your experience more in line with your goals. This awaits you but it will require determination, again determination.

How Halloween Can Help You Face Your Fears And Have a Happier Life

    “The Halloween Method For Change”

Here it is again, that scary and gruesome holiday we call “Halloween”. Yeah, here comes the ghosts, the vampires, the monsters, and all the negative vibes that come along with this last day in October. This being the case, I propose a plan of action - my “Halloween Method For Change” - a method that uses the negative theme and frightfulness of this holiday as a helpful tool in our day-to-day lives. It will turn Halloween into a positve force for personal development, instead of just an entertaining event.

Turning A Negative Holiday Into A Positive Event

As we know and love, Halloween is about dressing up in scary costumes and faces and receiving gifts(candy for kids and gifts for adults). I propose that we can utilize the negative faces, dress and horrific nature of this occassion as a catalyst for creating a more positive and less intimidating and fearful existence. How can this be done? Read On.

The Method: Using Halloween For Personal Development And Self-Growth

    Step 1.

You must accept and see that Halloween is not just about dressing up and having fun. You must observe the obvious qualities of this scary, and therefore, deceptively negative holiday. Yes, its outward appearance is that it is this sweet, fun celebration, leaving us little concern for any negative effects. But we all know that Halloween adds a quiet, lowering impulse to our mental well-being during the time it is among us. So, step #1 consists in realizing the negative essence of Halloween - admitting that it is rooted in the negative.

    Step 2.

This part will call for a deep analysis of your mental states and way of life. This step asks that you take the frighting, creepy masks and costumes you wear and others wear as representing the various negative attitudes, thoughts and emotions you experience in your life, for example:

The Werewolf could represent all those wild, uncontrolled thoughts, emotions and actions you experience throughout your day, whether at work or at home.

A zombie, this dull, unaware creator can easily stand for those trivial and hurtful mistakes you make when you fail to be alert and observant. When like a zombie, you kind of sleep-walk, not seeing life fully.

Frankenstein could represent your unwillingness to be a decision-maker, your fear of leadership. This monster can represent your thought and actions that always result in your following the desires of others and not yourself - your own initiative.

Performing this task requires a whole new way of viewing Halloween - it can, if done improperly, cause a dislike of the holiday. That is not the goal of this exercise, the goal of this exercise is to turn the negative qualities of Halloween to your advantage, not ruin the fun associated with it. What will change is your awareness of the evil and negative influence of the celebration. From now on, you won”t let its lower impulses affect your mental well-being, but use them to help in your personal development and self-improvement.

    Step 3.

Master this step and I can guarantee you a happier life. This step will need all of your dedication to succeed. You are bound to fail inyour early attempts to change your negative thoughts and habits but I assure you that eventually your thought patterns will become much more happy and serene. But to get here you must attack and confront those frighting masks and disguises - make a totally, all-out effort to throw these mental impulses(the ones represented by the masks and the costumes) out of your mind - be vigilant and refuse them entry into your mental palace. They must become dreaded enemies of your mental kingdom and fought at every point - never allowed entrance. You must try to prevent negative thought and behavior from influencing you day in and day out. As I said above this is a hard and demanding part and will require your complete determination. Succeed here and like magic your life will change for the better. This step asks alot, but it also gives alot. Remember your desire for a better life.

    Step 4.

Don”t allow your mind to start hating Halloween - Halloween is a lot of fun, and you should continue to join in the celebrations. Your only concern will be the impure and down-grading thought patterns that can results from the images and behavior of those enjoying the holiday. No longer will you see those scary masks and costumes as innocent disguises. Now you will be using them to face and represent harmful thoghts, emotions and acions you want to destroy in your life. They will represent all of the light and harmony-draining influences in your existence.

    Make A Change

Having read my “Halloween Method For Change”, you are now armed with a technique to increase enjoyment and happiness in your life. Put all your desire and determination into this plan for personal development. and self-improvement. Choose to change your life this Halloween.

The SECRET To Life: Real Personal Development and Self-Improvement

On this blog I have some really fantastic and helpful information. Information that if applied will totally transform your life. As you know I am involved with the betterment of our mental health and well-being. I’ve written numerous posts and articles about personal development and self-improvement. Many others have and continue to talk on these subjects, but I have a totally different take on the subject.

Self-improvement and personal development is something many people talk about, but do they implement the strategies they promote? Here you will find a sore spot, their weak spot. If you knew them, you would surely not take or seek counsel from most of these self-help gurus. To talk it, is easy, to do it is another world. To succeed in the field of personal development takes a honest, and painful analysis of one’s outer being. And that’s only the beginning. Next, you’ll going to have to take stock of your private self - the inner thoughts, opinions, and ways of viewing reality you have become accustom to. This is where the so-called teachers fail miserably. They don’t understand the inner components of man’s psyche.

There is more to man than his outer actions. Until his inner mind states are observed and worked with, a man is only wasting his time persuing self-improvement. Any plan a person tries without looking into their inner thought processes will only fail. A man is far more complex than an animal. An animal only seems to think somewhat like a man does, but we all know that animals don’t have any real mental development. Their mental ability is far below that of mankind. Man has the highest mental development of on this planet. To change a man’s life requires complex knowledge.

I know the way to developing and creating a strong and healthty mind. The information I provide always works, it never fails to produce a more viral, more healthty life experience for the person following the course I prescribe. My knowledge comes from life it self - not from lip-service. The articles and posts I have created on this subject all entail powerful instructions that work everytime, if you use them as directed. DO THIS AND YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER LIFE!

The words personal development have become quite popular these days. Yes, it along with self-improvement and self-growth seem to be on everyone’s lips. But what do we really know about these words - do we really understand their true meaning? Do we truly live up to them? Can we live up to them? My belief is - and from what I see and experience everyday, is that we don’t truly do what these terms imply, we simply talk about changing our lives. Taking the actions that would transform our lives never occur. And we never look at this obvious fact either.

What is needed is a plan, a strategy we can apply to our normal unawareness and usual half-willed actions. There are means we can apply that will improve our lives right now, but we in our usual unattentive ways don’t even consider to use them. So, a well-crafted plan of action is a very real need, this plan must produce real results that will give us incentive to keep to it. Pay close attention to the things I am about to say to you. Make a committed and honest attempt to apply this so valuable plan of action:

First, you must look at your desire to change. Are you ready to change yourself to a better way of living? Are you doing this for yourself, or are you only attempting it for someone else? Are you willing to stick with this personal development plan until you acheive results? If you answered yes to all of the above questions, you my friend, are aready halfway through to a better, more fulfilling existence.

Next step, what are your surroundings like? Are there apparent hindrances in your immediate environment? If there are, you are going to have to conquer them, and or block them from interfering with your decision for a better life. There are sure to be hindrances from people - even friends and family - yes, even family. So, be warned, and be prepared for this. In fact, people are usually the main challenges for any person implementing a self-improvement program. With all that said, lets continue with the matter of self-growth in our lives, and making the changes that will improve our minds and bodies.

Tell me something: when it’s dark and rainy outside, do you feel sad and gloomy? Sure, it’s considered normal behavior to allow the outside world to influence our life experience, but it doesn’t have to be that way. We as humans have a more developed mental capacity, we can control the way the outside world effects our mind and thought process. Controlling our minds is like trying to lift an elephant - it’s not going to be easy to transform your negative thought into positive thought. Just remember your plan for personal development, and that, that thought is pure positive force. The single thought of your pledge to yourself to better your life will give you unbelievable strength to destroy much of the life-stealing thought that will attack your mind night and day. You have entered a battle that most people don’t even know of or are willing to engage in. Making a more enjoyable existence require all of our power and will. With this determination you can succeed, so keep your mind and heart on the goal: personal development.

Now, once you become accustomed to blocking out, and transforming the bad effects of negative events in your life. You will start observing the benefits, your life will seem to have become more tolerable, more pleasurable. The negative events in your life will now flow in and out of your life with much less ability to affect your mind - you will have more enjoyment. Life will be shining it’s love on you. This is your reward for refusing to allow negative surroundings and circumstances from robbing your existence of vitality. Life rewards those who try to improve their mind and bodies. Try it and see.

No more can be said really, I have revealed the plan of action. You must do what I have specified - follow the words completely - and you will get wonderful, life-changing results. Once again, perform the tasks, don’t just read the plan, do the actions. Only in the doing will you see the results that personal development can bring. Self-improvement is not something you look at - it’s something you become - or rather, it becomes you. Don’t allow your lower impulses to win this time, stand up to them. Stand strong, tell them this time you are going to win, and destroy them and succeed in changing your life. The negative is very strong in the life of man but it can be defeated. We can beat it with a willpower that can stand up to it. This is the secret. Go ahead and make your life into a beautiful flower - I’ll be here cheering for you.

4 Ways To Create A Positive Life

So you had a nightmare last night. The dream was just horrific and it scared the stuffing out of you. Well, I’ve had them too; they are certainly no fun. You wake up so relieved that it was a dream, that you nearly collaspe from the fact. Yes, bad dreams are no fun, they can really darken your day or week but you can defeat them. I’m going to tell you how to destroy those life-stealing mirages and negative thoughts altogether:

    1. Don’t go to bed with an over-filled stomach

Yeah, I know you’ve probably heard this one, but it works. Too much work for your digestive system causes a disharmony in the digestive track that will cause slight or great disfunctions in our mental area. The body as a whole is intimately entwined in ways you and I would never suspect. A disharmony here can trigger a disharmony there. Observe this fact: if your back is sore, you will more than likely have a negative view on things in your life. The sore back has effectively influenced your mental state. That sore back - a bad impulse - is speading out to other areas of your life experience that seeming have nothing to do with your back pain, but we all know this is what occurs. So, remember, a comfortable body, a comfortable mind.

    2. Don’t let the negative talk of others affect you

This a very hard one but it only requires practice. It will take time but you will succeed if you continue to do it. In the world today people seem to rejoice in the negative aspects of our life experience. This being the case, people feed off the negative vibes others send out. This reminds me of a radio station. A radio station sends out waves to a certain area and they are received or picked up, human beings can act just like radio stations sending out negative talk, and getting others to pick-up this same negative talk. In so doing, the relatively happy individual is soiled by the now negative influence it has unwittingly received and absorbed. Lesson, be on guard for negative conversations from others, be it friends, associates or even family. We all have a right to a peaceful mind. What must be done, must be done in a very unnoticable way, for you don't want the negative party to suspect that you are not into what they're saying. Listen but do not allow their speech to find a home in your mental makeup, turn off your mental ears to it. Always try not to engage in low thought sessions with your friends or anyone else. Protect your mind.

    3. Be watchful of the media

Here, we have another big one that if it is controlled will have a very powerful effect on your life experience. Lets face it, television, radio and the like, have far too much influence in our life. Most of us spend a majority of our free time using these mediums. What we don’t realize is that these sources are influencing us in unhealhty ways. Take television for instance; most television shows contain far more negative messages then positve helpful ones. The typical prime-time show presents plenty of problematic, suspenseful plots, but little in the way uplfting scenes to balance out the particular show. This is a formula the media executives have used almost since television began. Now, let's look at radio, radio is even worse than television. The am signals are mostly filled with mean, vulgar and plainly evil talk shows. The fm stations send out nearly all negative and down-grading music. And how about the news? We depend on these companies to supply us with valuable informaton. But the information these sources provide seems to most always be negative - the internet is included here also. So, as you can see, we have to take it upon ourselves and be the guardians of our thought process. We have allowed it to be abused in the past, but we can change this trend with effort. This is the only way we have a chance of turning the negative mental states to positive, healthy thinking. When You see or hear something negative on television, radio, etc., say to yourself, “I will not let this affect my peaceful state of mind”. If this doesn’t seem to work, change the channel.

    4. Be careful in what you purchase - Think about your mental well-being

Can you remain in a positive state after listening and/or viewing a certain dvd or cd you have purchased. Think about it - if it causes bad thoughts - is it worth it? Do you want to have to deal with bad thoughts afterwards, thoughts that can color your entire day with low feelings. And add to this that the fact that you paid for it. Not a good feeling, huh? You have paid for a bad time. If the trailer or advertisement for the movie gives you a bad feeling, you can bet that the rest of that film will also leave you in a downed mental state. You do not have to take that from our misdirected entertainment industry. Maybe the sources of this damaging output will stop their ways, and provide more positve, entertaining material but I don’t think that will ever happen. So, refuse to partake in the use of such negative entertainment if it upsets you. Find more positve things and keep a look out for these. You know when you see or hear them, you will have good thoughts instead of those other down trodden impulses that are negative thoughts.

Try all of the suggestions above. Nurture your personal development and self-improvement. Start implementing them today; don’t allow those nasty, evil impulses called “negative thoughts” to ruin your day or night. Be on guard, refuse to let society, with its negative views and ways intrude on your world. Pull yourself together, make a conscious stand, don’t just let the negative win over you. Start fighting those lower impulses today. Sheild yourself and those you love from the damaging effects of negative thought. Refuse to let it rule your existence. Remember to always transform those lower impulses into something higher, and watch your world become a much better place.
